The Lexedata project aims to supply historical linguists with a set of tools to edit and annotate big lexical datasets, while at the same time following the CLDF standard and adhering to the FAIR principles. Lexedata interfaces with other existing tools, such as Edictor and phylogenetic software. Lexical databases with variable and rich internal structure are supported, to make working with synonyms, polysemous forms, multiple form representations, cross-concept cognate sets, comments and annotations easy.
