Research Assistant Position (20%)

Department of Comparative Language Science at the University of Zurich is seeking a Research Assistant to support Professors John Mansfield, starting in February 2025.

This position is temporary, until the end of July 2025, with a possibility of extension.

Linguistic data processing and collection, involving a mixture of digital data sources and traditional documentation

- Has taken courses in linguistics, preferably to completion of Bachelor level

- An interest in linguistic diversity and language research

- Data processing or coding skills will also be beneficial, but not essential

1 day a week, with flexible working hours
